Licenciamento de Mercadorias Import/Exportação

Processo de verificação e autorização da mercadoria junto ao Ministério de Tutela. Todas as mercadorias, antes de serem importadas ou exportadas, devem ser autorizadas pelos Ministérios de Tutela, mediante a apresentação da factura pró-forma ou documentos equivalentes.

Atribuição correcta do artigo pautal e submissão da factura para licenciamento no MINDCOM.

Após a autorização de importação/exportação pelos Ministérios de Tutela, submetemos o licenciamento ao MINDCOM para obtenção do ARCCLA (Autorização de Registo de Carga e Logística Aduaneira).

O despacho aduaneiro é um conjunto de procedimentos obrigatórios definidos pelas instâncias aduaneiras, realizados com o objectivo de averiguar a autenticidade e exatidão das informações em relação aos produtos importados ou exportados declarados pelo(s) responsável(eis), bem como atribuir correctamente a posição pautal e a aplicação de impostos, emolumentos e taxas alfandegárias referentes às operações para o desembaraço das mercadorias.

Experiência

Sua experiência na área de despachos e contabilidade aduaneira data desde 2008, quando se tornou Ajudante de Despachante Oficial na banca do Despachante Oficial Ernesto Leal Moreira. Adicionalmente, conta com experiência em operações portuárias, aeroportuárias e ferroviárias desde 2003 destacando sua actuação na Secil Marítima, uma das maiores empresas de navegação de Angola, sendo responsável por supervisionar as actividades nos terminais portuários e em operações de cabotagem, incluindo o acompanhamento das actividades levadas a cabo pelo Director do terminal, dos planos de cargas e descargas de mercadorias, equipamentos, tarifas, taxas portuárias, armazenamento de mercadorias e gestão de contratos de transporte internacional.
